Booking, Waitlist & First-Time Offer

  • How to book: Reserve through our website or the T-Valley Studio app. A valid payment method is required to confirm a spot.

  • Waitlist: If a class is full, join the waitlist. When a spot opens, the system auto-enrolls the next person and notifies you.

Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals

  • Cancellation window: Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid fees or losing the credit.

  • Late cancel / no-show:

    • Cancelling within 12 hours or missing class results in a late-cancel/no-show charge and/or forfeiture of the class credit.

    • Members may incur a $10–$20 late/no-show fee (exact amount depends on your plan and will be shown at checkout).

  • Late arrivals: Safety first. If you arrive 10+ minutes late, you may not be admitted and will forfeit the class. Warm-ups are required to participate.

  • Studio cancellations: If T-Valley cancels a class (e.g., low enrollment, instructor illness, weather), you’ll receive a refund to the original payment method or a class credit, at your choice.

Memberships, Packages & Payments

Memberships, Packages & Payments

  • Auto-renewal: Most memberships auto-renew monthly until canceled. Your renewal date appears at checkout and in your account.

  • Commitments: Some plans may include a minimum commitment (e.g., 2 months). This is shown at purchase. Early cancellation fees may apply.

  • Billing: Payment is due at purchase/renewal. If a payment fails, access may pause until updated.

  • Refunds: All sales are final unless T-Valley cancels a class or as required by law. Unused classes do not roll over unless your plan explicitly includes rollover.

  • Transfers & sharing: Passes, credits, and memberships are for the purchaser only and are non-transferable.
