Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our classes, events, and limited-capacity scheduling, no refunds will be issued for any purchases, including but not limited to classes, packages, memberships, workshops, private sessions, or special events.

Missed classes, late arrivals, no-shows, scheduling conflicts, personal emergencies, or changes in availability do not qualify for a refund.

It is the responsibility of the client to attend the class or event they have booked.

In certain cases, and at the sole discretion of T-Valley Studio, a class credit may be issued for future use if notice is provided in advance. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be used within the timeframe specified at issuance.

All special events, workshops, pop-up classes, and promotions are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

By booking and completing a purchase through our website, app, or in person, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

​Chargebacks or payment disputes submitted after agreeing to this policy may result in suspension of booking privileges.
