Our Classes

 

At T-Valley Studio, our classes are designed to help you build strength, confidence, flexibility, endurance, and community — no matter where you are in your fitness journey. We offer a variety of beginner-friendly and open-level classes for adults and kids, including pole fitness, aerial arts, Zumba, bootcamp, dance choreography, stretching, conditioning, and more.

 

Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, get stronger, improve mobility, build confidence, learn something new, or simply have fun while moving your body, we have a class for you.

 

Our pole classes focus on building strength, body control, confidence, and flow through spins, transitions, floorwork, and beginner-friendly pole techniques. No experience is required — just come ready to learn, move, and trust the process.

 

Our aerial classes introduce students to movement in the air through apparatuses like aerial sling, hammock, lyra, and other aerial-style training. These classes help improve strength, flexibility, coordination, grip, and overall body awareness in a safe and supportive environment.

 

Our Zumba classes bring the energy with dance-based cardio that is fun, upbeat, and beginner-friendly. You do not have to be a dancer to join — just come ready to sweat, move, laugh, and enjoy yourself while getting a great workout.

 

Our bootcamp classes are built around full-body conditioning and include stretching, cardio, hips, glutes, strength, and mobility work. Bootcamp is great for anyone wanting to tone up, build endurance, lose weight, improve flexibility, or create a strong foundation for pole, aerial, dance, or general fitness.

 

Our dance choreography classes are all about confidence, movement, rhythm, and self-expression. These classes may include floorwork, heels-style movement, performance-style routines, and open-level choreography designed to help you feel good in your body.

 

We also offer kids’ classes that focus on movement, confidence, coordination, creativity, and fitness in a fun and encouraging environment. Kids can participate in age-appropriate dance, bootcamp, and movement-based classes designed to help them stay active while having fun.

 

T-Valley Studio is more than a place to work out — it is a safe, welcoming space to grow, try new things, build confidence, and connect with others. Our classes are created for real people, real bodies, and real goals.
