At T-Valley Studio, there’s always something happening.
We offer a wide variety of fitness, dance, and aerial classes designed for all experience levels in a supportive, high-energy environment. Our class offerings include pole fitness, aerial hoop (lyra), aerial hammock, yoga, and our signature Boot Camp classes focused on full-body strength, cardio, flexibility, glutes, and hips.
Looking for something fun and social? Join us for T-Valley Tuesday, where we break down beginner-friendly choreography to high-energy music in a no-pressure, confidence-boosting atmosphere. We also host special events, workshops, themed classes, and community experiences throughout the month, so there’s always something new to try.
