By accessing, booking, or using the services of T-Valley Studio, including our website, classes, events, memberships, merchandise, and facilities, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Participation & Assumption of Risk

All classes and activities offered by T-Valley Studio involve physical movement and carry inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or physical strain. By participating, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in these activities and assume full responsibility for your health and safety.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in classes and should consult a physician prior to engaging in any fitness program if they have concerns or medical conditions.

Waivers & Release of Liability

All participants may be required to complete a waiver prior to participating in classes or events.

By participating, you release T-Valley Studio, its owners, instructors, staff, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained while participating, except where prohibited by law.

Booking & Payments

All classes, packages, memberships, events, and merchandise must be booked and paid for in advance unless otherwise stated. Pricing, schedules, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice.

All sales are final and governed by our Refund Policy.

Studio Rules & Conduct

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other clients. T-Valley Studio reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants from class, or revoke future booking privileges for disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter class for safety reasons.

Schedule Changes & Cancellations

T-Valley Studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or offerings, or to cancel classes or events as needed. In the event of a studio-initiated cancellation, clients may receive a credit at the studio’s discretion.

Minors

Age requirements vary by class. Minors may only participate in approved classes and may require parental consent. Proof of age may be required.

Merchandise & Shipping

All merchandise sales are subject to our Shipping Policy. T-Valley Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier issues once an order has shipped.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and promotional materials, including logos, images, videos, text, and branding, is the property of T-Valley Studio and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability
