T-Valley Studio offers shipping for select merchandise and physical products. All orders are processed after payment is received and verified.

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has shipped, delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

T-Valley Studio is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
