Service Description

Enjoy self-guided access to the gym space at T-Valley Studio using your access code. Open Gym is perfect for members who want the freedom to work out on their own schedule and use our fitness equipment for cardio, strength training, movement, and practice. This includes access to gym equipment and amenities such as weights, jump rope, boxing bags, workout videos, dance practice space, Wii fitness activities, and other general exercise equipment available in the gym area. Please note: Open Gym access does not include use of aerial or pole apparatus. Apparatus such as poles, aerial silks, lyra/hoop, and hammock are reserved only for T-Valley Royalty Pass members with apparatus access privileges.

Cancellation Policy

T-Valley Studio – Class Policies By booking/purchasing, you agree to all policies. Cancel at least 2 hours before class to keep your credit. Late cancels/no-shows lose credit/payment. No refunds, transfers, or credits for missed classes. Doors may close 10 minutes after class starts. Late arrivals may not enter and will not receive credit/refund. All packs, credits, and memberships are non-transferable and must be used by listed dates. Clients are responsible for checking expiration, renewal, billing, and cancellation terms. Auto-renewal charges are final once processed. Pole/aerial: no lotions, oils, body butter, heavy makeup, glitter, or jewelry. Wear proper attire and follow instructor directions. Waiver required. Participation involves risk. T-Valley Studio is not liable for injuries, lost items, or damaged belongings. Policies may change anytime.
