Service Description
Prepare your body for the magic 🪄of T-Valley with this energizing 45-minute stretch + mobility bootcamp designed to improve flexibility, release tight areas, strengthen weak points, and enhance your breathing and movement control. This full-body session helps you understand where your body currently is — what’s tight, what’s loose, and what needs more focus 🙇🏽 — so you can safely progress into pole, hoop, hammock, dance, and all upcoming studio classes. Expect deep stretching, hip and shoulder opening, joint relief, breath work, and guided mobility designed to leave you loose, aligned, and glowing. All levels are welcome, modifications are always available, and you can wear anything comfortable — just come ready to sweat 😅💖. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one (we have a limited number available). As we do have hardwood floors knee pads are welcome if you have them, also feel free to double up on yoga mats for your comfort. If you do not own a yoga mat please reach out to us in advance so we can make sure you are covered for class! For your safety, we kindly ask that students book only one session per day, as this bootcamp is intentionally structured to challenge and condition your body for long-term flexibility, strength, and success. ✨🧘♀️🧘🏿♂️ Please Arrive 10 minutes early. Doors will be locked 10 minutes after class start time. Refunds will not be allowed for late arrivals after the 10 minute grace period. Can’t wait to see you at Boot Camp! 🥾 🏕️
Cancellation Policy
T-Valley Studio – Class & Studio Policies By booking a class or purchasing a package at T-Valley Studio, you agree to the following policies: Cancellations & No-Shows • Classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time to retain your class credit • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the class credit • No refunds, credits, or transfers for missed or late-cancelled classes Class Entry & Arrival • Doors close 10 minutes after class start time • Late arrivals will not be permitted to enter once doors are closed • Please arrive early to allow time for check-in and warm-up Packages & Memberships • All class packs and memberships are non-transferable • Packages must be used within their stated validity period • No refunds, extensions, or pauses unless required by Virginia law Attire & Safety (Especially for Pole Classes) • No lotions, oils, or body butters on skin prior to class • No jewelry during pole classes (rings, watches, bracelets, necklaces) • Appropriate attire is required for safety and grip • Grip aids are allowed unless otherwise stated Health & Responsibility • Participants must disclose any injuries or medical concerns prior to class • You participate at your own risk and are responsible for listening to your body • T-Valley Studio is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instruction Studio Conduct • Respect for instructors, staff, and fellow students is required • Disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund • Phones should be silenced during class General • Policies are subject to change at the discretion of T-Valley Studio • By booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms
